This is the form that needs to be downloaded and completed prior to commencing Land Training and should be handed to either Nicky Sexton or Jan Heppenstall.

Please DO NOT leave clothing in the changing rooms at the Leisure Centre during swim sessions. Please take the clothing in a suitable bag to the poolside or leave with a parent in the spectator area.

Please note that training ceases at Marlborough College Pool on Friday 16th of July and recommences on Monday 16th August. For the weeks inbetween the alternative session will be Thursday 9pm – 10pm at Marlborough Leisure Centre pool.
