Tuesday, September 2nd, 2008The fourth of this year’s Quarterly fees are due on 1st September 2008. This incorporates the £30 annual membership fee at £7.50 per quarter. Please tick the appropriate box on the form as per the link below and include your payment for the appropriate amount. Please make your cheque payable to: Marlborough Penguins ASC and write your child’s name and group on the back of the cheque.
Please note; if you have more than one swimmer in the family there is a discount of £3 for the 2nd, 3rd and subsequent swimmers.
Payment must be made by 14th September at the swimming club desk on a Tuesday or Thursday or by posting this form and payment to Mrs Karina Casini as per the address on the form.
